SURECLOSE® CONCEALFIT FOR DOORS
SureClose® CONCEALFIT Door Closer & Hinge Sets are high-quality, hydraulic units aimed at providing a concealed finish and a highly adjustable self-closing solution. They are ideal for interior and exterior wood, hollow-metal and aluminum doors and frames. When closed, the SureClose® CONCEALFIT system cannot be seen or tampered with. They also provide burglary and vandalism resistance. Superb engineering and patented design allow total concealment of the hinge-closer unit in a remarkably small housing.The Hinge-Closer is easily adjustable in three dimensions (horizontal, vertical and in/out) for fine positioning and speedy gate alignment. It features fine controls for primary closing speed, latching speed and backcheck, plus UL10C fire-rating and has been tested to ADA and ANSI/BHMI Standards. SureClose® CONCEALFIT is designed for premium flush doors and “invisible” doors. With NO hold-open feature, it opens to, and self-closes from, 125˚. Steel receivers for hollow-core doors, and routing templates for wood gates, are sold separately. All SureClose® CONCEALFIT housings are made of high-grade aluminum.
