Delays Caused by Weather Policy

Work Delay
It's a fact! Delays can, do & will occur. Derkson Contracting Ltd. strives to meet the expectations of clients, at times this is not attainable due to many contributing factors. Work delays may be a result of numerous issues both in and outside of our control including but not limited to:
weather
man power
material supply shortages, or logistics delays 
equipment issues
Current worksite delays due to unforseen issues that could not be determined prior work 

In the event that your project installation is delayed, Derkson Contracting Ltd. provides you with the following options:

1. have the material sold as a supply only package
* in this scenario, the signed quote / work order will be converted to a material supply package; applicable delivery charges will be added, your deposit (if any) will be applied to the invoice and the balance will be emailed to you. Upon full payment, the material package will be delivered to your property.

2. Move to the next available installation date
*depending on the time of year, this may mean moving your installation job to the next season/year. If this is the case for your specific project, your job will be moved to the start of the next season and when the weather is favorable for installation, we will commence the work. In this scenario, favorable means that the snow has melted, the ground is dry and the work area is clear and accessible for the crew and their machinery.

It is important to note that deposits taken are to secure the material package for a specific job and be allocated from our vendors and therefor there are no refunds against any workorder delay.
