Taxes:

This is a Reality, all products sold by Derkson Contracting Ltd. are taxable and payable in full, GST & PST applies to all invoices, unless you have an approved Government Resale License, there are no exceptions.

Payment by Credit Card: will have a 3% fee billed/applied, if you pay by one of the the other methods this fee will be removed after payment completion

Payment by etransfer to:
Bank Draft, Wire Transfer, Approved Completed Financing Contract, Cash

Deposits are non-refundable: Deposits are inplace to secure the booking placement & allocate/order materials for the specific job site. ** see our deposit/credit policy for more information**

Financing: There is a $599 Admin Fee uyp to $10K invoice valuen and $899 Admin Fee up to $50K Value added to the finance invoice for internal paperwork processing, filing, material carrying costs to completion of project.
** there are fees assoiated to financing, this is a reality there is admin time, Carrying costs of inventory, labour, and other costs & factors involved.

Invoices are Due in Full At time of Completion:

Failure to complete payment per our terms will result in Late fees, interest charges, and or legal/collection costs. All products remain the sole property of Derkson Contracting Ltd. Till Paid in full, and you agree by signing our quote/job or workorder that we have the right to remove any of our products regardless of any payment or deposit applied to the project should you fail to complete your payment in our terms. 

We have taken every measure to give Clients fast and simple payment options, there is no reason for failer to pay your project costs on completion, unless otherwise stated by Derkson Contracting Ltd.
