Deposit/Credit Policy Fence & Door Division

Sometimes unforeseen issues happen - please see our Deposit policy below

FENCE: Client can cancel there job at any time, however we do not offer any deposit refunds, *Deposits are taken for material alotment & other reasons such as and not limited to Material orders, material storage, logistics, job preping, calandler booking, accounting and other factors. 

If you want to purchase your your material package and DIY Install it or have another installer handle it, Derkson Contracting Ltd. will simply convert your job to a DIY invoice and pay the balance of the material package and we will ship your material out to you. 

We Can also create an account credit or issue a Gift card in the value that can be used for any of our products across any of our company brands there is no expirey on these, and are fully transferable. the value will be less any carrying costs for the product, Credit card deposit fees, or logistical costs & or other costs that may apply to the material order for the project, that were consumed or nto billed as part of the project booking as an isntallation project. 

Please be sure you want to proceed with project prior to your deposit, we guarentee all fence & Door installs done within 12 Months of date of order / acceptance, **unless previous backorder notice is provided that will extend this date, typically this is for door orders however occasinally occurs with fencing. this is regardless of suuggested install times or dates on job boards as there are 100's of varables that change the install guidelines. from staffings, weather, logistics, site back ups, vendor delays, job locations, and more. 

Derkson Contracting Ltd. may from time to time decide to postpone or may have unforseen delays depending on Job certimstanes, should this occur you may receive a Credit or discount against your job order. each deal is unique and we will look at each deal seperatly apon request but do not in any manor guarentee any adjustment, this does not apply to seasonl date changes as mother nature is un avoidable. 

Should Derkson Contracting Ltd. take longer than 12 Months from date of approval to complete your project, ** Please note that 12 Months is a standard timeline due to a short Saskatchewan fence install season allowing April to November install timelines** this insurs that any current year fence install bookings will be done at the start of the next season prior to the 12 Month time line allowance unless back order notices were or are in place on product. 

Derkson Contracting Ltd. has the sole right to Reject a deal or should Derkson Contracting Ltd. Decide for any reason to Cancel a Job, booking, order, or other your deposit will be refunded in full. Refunds will be processed via standard refund policy.
