Sometimes unforeseen issues happen - please see our refund policy below
Client can cancel there job at any time, however any deposits will not be refunded, we will issue a Gift card that can be used for any of our products across any of our company brands there is no expirey on these, and are fully transferable.
Should Derkson Contracting Ltd. decide to postpone or have unforseen delays depending on the certimstanes, you may receive a Credit or discount against your job or order. each deal is unique and we will look at each deal seperatly.
Should Derkson Contracting Ltd. Managment Decide for any reason to Cancel a Job or order, your deposit will be refunded in full.
Refund Procedure:
A- We require an Email or letter stating the job # you are wishing to Cancel and request a gift card for the deposit value along with cancelation reason
B- If materials were ordered for you there are no refunds/credits unless we can sell the package to another client, otherwise you will need to pay the balance for the order and take delivery of the product.
B- When the notice is received in our admin office you will receive a email notice that it was received and moved to refund/Credit process
C- All Credits will be issued less an admin processing fee of $25 for gift card activation.
D- Any Credits that are issued by credit card will be processed less the credit card processing fee of 2.99% on both sides total of 5.98%
E- Credits are processed to gift card you will receive a statment of account, and a digital gift card for the value.
F- If Canceled by Derkson Contracting Ltd. than we will process the refund in the manor it was received.
G- Refund time period can take up to 14 business days (business day is to be considered Monday to Friday 9AM -5PM) to process and be seen back in your account
I- Your Refund/Credit notice for completion will be confirmed by Email
