Derkson Fencing Warranty 2021

Provided with New Fence Sales Effective March 2021

Professionally install the above project to grade of ground, Including hauling all materials to your job site. Client must allow access with powered equipment, and that minor ground damage may occour as the fact is equipment is needed to install your project. Client must grant access.

Labour Warranty: 

All Projects, once completed are checked, everything is set and in working order. We will cover approved Labour Issues for a period of one season. Warranty will Cover Installs that are not installed Correctly as per standard Fencing guidelines in industry such as failure to add set screws, or missing a screw in a set area, not using material as designed, there are 100s of ways to build fences;every company has a different technique & and is the prefered method of that installer & are widely accepted methods across North America. 

There is absolutey no coverege for any of these Facts about Ground & Fence: it will shift, it will move, ground will heave, sink.  Ground will also shift where the is load from trees, vehicle traffic, wind load, snow load, material against a fence, ground erosion will move your fence, excessive vibration, wet ground, sitting water, Ice, misuse of fence,excessive heat source, hail, wind, extreme cold, & other factors, alterations to fence not completed by our installers, gates will move and will need adjustment, Removable post lock, flex, Gate sag, and not limted to are not a warranty item this is a service item and is billed at a cost. 

Common but not limited to Examples: 

Over time a Rail or panel may pull out this is not warranty,this is due to ground shift or excessive wind load, that has caused a movment in the fence, this is not warranty 

Over time your gate may or may not need adjustment, this is not a warranty issue, this is caused by ground movement, house shift or other and causes posts to move that will require service to correct this & is not an installer issue this is a service requirment. 

Leaning Post / Heaved Post / Sunk Post, this is not warranty this is caused due to a change in the ground and requires service to correct the issue. 

The simple facts are your fence may or may not move over time and this is not a warranty matter, if you want fence adjustments this can be set in our service list, service calls have a flat $175 Call out and $125/Per Hr charge + $99 Per Tech + Mileage + parts + any other costs that are incurred to have techs on site there are no exceptions this is the simple truth your fence will move 

Additional Costs apply for and not Limited to: 

For having to deal with Tree roots, Tree stumps, Trees in in way of install, Excessive stones, rocks, debris, Non trimmed tree branches in work area, junk piles, utility line issues, water sprinklers in way of fence, Any non prepped work area where we have to clear a path to work, restricted access or not accommodating our access by moving vehicles, & other items so we can do our job *** by signing our contract you agree to these terms and conditions.

Should Hydro Vac be needed is at $350 to $400/hr. + Mud Dump Charge 

** Additional Labor costs will apply @$175 Flat Fee + $125/hr flat rate **

Mileage rates apply @ $3.50/KM + $99 Per Tech Per Hr of travel Time 

+ Fuel Surcharge 

No Exceptions will be made
