Don't not be fooled by the promises that they give you for after sale support. The warranty sheet that they provided us states that they will at no charge adjust the fence from standard seasonal deflection and installation error (limited lifetime warranty). We have had our fence for a year now and the fence has moved noticeably over the winter in two spots. My gate and a couple of the end panels are also slightly crooked. I'm not bothered by this as I understand that seasonal deflection happens and it's out of their control. What I am bothered by is the level of support I got when I asked them to come adjust it. They first told me there would be a minimum $275 bill to come and adjust it. When I reminded them of their warranty policy they told me they would come look at it and had set up an appointment with me. They never came to take a look at it and have since stopped responding to me. Look elsewhere if you want service. EDIT: they came out and repaired the fence. After looking at it they put the repairs under warranty.
