Our privacy commitment
Derkson Contracting Ltd., operating as Derkson Fencing, collects personal information primarily to provide quotes, orders, installation, delivery, support and a more relevant website and Derkson OS experience. We make reasonable efforts to avoid collecting information that is excessive or unrelated to those purposes.

Information may include names, email addresses, phone numbers, billing and project addresses, property and project details, drawings, photos, product selections, quote and order history, payment status, communications and technical information about how the website is accessed.

- Customer, quote, order, invoice, scheduling and service information stored in Derkson OS.

How information is used
Information is used to respond to requests, prepare and deliver quotes, confirm product compatibility, process orders, coordinate installation and delivery, provide customer support, maintain business records, improve the website and communicate about an active customer relationship. Promotional communications are sent only where permitted and may be declined.
