Taxes, accepted payment methods, credit-card fees, financing and payment timing.
Taxes
GST and Saskatchewan PST are applied according to the product, service and current tax rules. A valid exemption or resale document must be approved before exempt treatment is applied.
Payment methods
Accepted methods may include e-transfer, bank draft, wire transfer, approved financing, cash and credit card. The payment instructions shown on the current Derkson invoice or secure payment link are authoritative.
- Credit-card or administration fees apply only when disclosed on the quote or invoice.
- Never send card information by ordinary email or text.
- Confirm the payee and account details shown on the current invoice before sending payment.
Deposits, financing and balances
Deposits are governed by the Deposit, Cancellation & Credit Policy and the accepted quote. Financing may include disclosed administration or carrying costs. Unless other written terms are approved, invoices are due when stated and completion balances are due upon completion.
Late and unpaid accounts
Past-due accounts may incur the finance charge and collection costs disclosed in the signed agreement or invoice. Materials remain the property of Derkson Contracting Ltd. until paid in full, subject to applicable law.
